Who should attend the CCTF?
- HR professionals, L&D managers, aspiring trainers, coaches, consultants, and managers who train their own teams. No prior formal training experience is required.
Is CCTF available online?
- Yes. CCTF is available in both Online Live (Zoom) and Offline (in-person, New Delhi) formats. You choose what works best for you when registering.
What languages is the programme delivered in?
- CCTF is primarily delivered in English. Hindi can be accommodated for certain batch formats — please mention this when enquiring.
What is CPD and SHRM accreditation, and why does it matter?
- CPD (Continuing Professional Development, UK) is one of the world's most recognised training accreditation bodies. SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management, US) is the global gold standard for HR and L&D credentials. Dual accreditation means your CCTF certificate carries weight with employers in India, the Gulf, and internationally.
What happens if I miss a session?
- For online batches, sessions are recorded and shared with participants. Missing one session does not automatically disqualify you — please inform us in advance and we will accommodate where possible.
What is the refund policy?
- Cancellations 15+ days before batch start: 100% refund. 7–15 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
